RENTAL POLICY -----------------------------------------------

To reserve rental items of your choice, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of rental contract signing. All rental fees are to be paid in full two weeks prior to event set up or equipment pick up. Tent prices include delivery, setup and teardown within a 10 mile radius of Clare, MI. All tents will be set up by a Big Top Rental trained professional.
Renter is responsible for contacting MISS DIG regarding underground utilities.
